Cancellation Policy

If circumstances other than weather require cancellation of an event, registered participants will receive seven days notice; notice to be received by fax, telephone, or e-mail; registration fee will be returned. Seminars, classes or workshops may be cancelled if sufficient enrollment is not reached fourteen business days prior to the date of the event.

If the registrant cancels the class more than five business days before the class begins, all but $50.00 of the fee will be refunded.

If cancellation occurs after that time, the registration fee, less a $50.00 non-refundable portion, will be applied against one future offering. No cash refund will be provided. There will be no refund or credit if cancellation is after the commencement of a seminar, class or other educational presentation.

Registration and fee for the event must be received five business days prior to the event.  Seminars, classes or workshops may be cancelled if sufficient enrollment is not reached 14 days prior to the date of the event.
