About the Seminar:

Pamela Krank is president and founder of The Credit Department, Inc., a commercial credit management solutions provider that helps businesses increase cash flow and reduce costs by providing sophisticated credit management outsourcing services, processes and technologies. These services save her clients millions of dollars in interest and bad debt expenses each year. Krank started the company in 1993 after 13 award-winning years in the credit department of 3M. She has been a regular contributor to CFO Magazine and has been featured in numerous publications including Treasury & Risk magazine.

Mary speaks, consults and writes nationally on the subjects of equipment leasing, entrepreneurship and negotiation skills. She is a contributing editor for industry and trade magazines, and is active in professional groups including the National Speakers Association. She holds degrees in psychology and sociology from the University of Missouri, Kansas City. In 2007 the Kansas City Business Journal and Kauffman Foundation honored Mary with the Women Who Mean Business Award.
