2011- 2012

Welcome to NAPM-Twin Cities! We are a professional purchasing and supply management organization with members from the Minnesota Twin Cities area. Our mission statement is to:

“Provide leadership in supply management, offering professional resources and development opportunities that encourage and support individual members’ professional learning and growth experience.”

I am excited to be leading our great affiliate as your new president. We have elected a fine group of members to serve on the board of directors and this is truly a group of leaders!  The team has already been working hard at putting together a plan for the year.  We are planning a year that includes growth for all of us. Our plans include meaningful seminars, CPSM/CSM training, and our monthly Supply Management Development Sessions.  We hope you will join us often.

The year also presents some challenges for growth of our ISM affiliate.  Our membership is declining, and our costs are increasing.  Your leadership team is working a plan that changes our course.  We are launching a new partnership relationship with Dunwoody College of Technology, will be surveying our members for interests and needs and driving a membership effort to recruit and maintain members. We are sure that you will like the changes!

Again, I look forward to the 2011-2012 year. Let anyone of us know if there is something special you would like the team to look into for you.
