About the Topic
Many corporations, large and small, have taken significant initiatives to source from low-cost countries, namely India and China.  Many have enjoyed significant cost savings and improved profitability.  Lately, however, cost increase pressures from exchange rates, commodities and labor as well as highly publicized product recalls have brought into question whether this strategy has run its course.  This presentation will discuss how to respond to these new challenges in sourcing from low-cost countries.
